この狙いが一度はずれた事があるのが安倍内閣時代の教育基本法改正でした。
自民：教育基本法改選案出したよ！
民主：俺達が出した対案を丸飲みしろ！

その教育基本法改正案は認めない！断固拒否する！

党として正式に決めて出して来た案で決まりそうになったら
慌てて採決反対と審議拒否を行いました。
民主党は何年経とうともパフォーマンスだけで
